Creamy Mac N Cheese
1 box (1 lbs) pasta
4 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup salted butter
2 cups shredded triple cheddar cheese
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 block velveta
1/2 cup sour cream
1- 1.5 cup milk
2 teaspoon dijon mustard
2 teaspoon hot sauce

Add the macaroni and broth to the Instant Pot. Stir well
Put the lid on the pot, sealed, and hit Pressure Cook, High Pressure and set for 6 minutes
Quick release and open lid when finished. When the lid comes off, there will be a lot of liquid in the pot but this is exactly what we want as it will serve as the base for the sauce!
Add the butter, triple cheddar cheese, cream cheese, velveta, sour cream, milk, mustard, and hot sauce. Stir until it gets creamy. Add more or less milk to however creamy you want it.
Crumble up Ritz crackers and put the air crisper lid on and brown the crackers for 5 min.
